• Consolidate the “Antigua & Barbuda Brand” by celebrating the Antiguan dialect as a patrimonial resource
• Advance the incorporation of Antiguan Studies and history as an integral part of the Primary and Secondary school curricula
• Extend greater support to the national museum and create a national art gallery
• Encourage youth involvement in the creative arts as a viable and sustainable means of self-employment
• Greater effort to preserve national heritage sites and monuments of cultural significance
• Establish a Cultural Development Foundation
• Redesign the annual Carnival festivities to reflect a more profound and comprehensive celebration of our people’s emancipation from slavery
